Gray fabric deadema is fine, but do not hold the hearing aids well, they move easily, as well as the control box, you have to be accommodating them. Very satisfied with this. I charged it up when I received it and used it for 2 nights before it screamed "LOW BATTERY!!" at 5:40am on Saturday morning. I will be sure to charge it daily to avoid being yelled at again.
